I've talked to alot of people about this subject, and until they try it they dont like the sound,  I take blacktip shark fillets and cut them into small strip pieces, then i use macormicks beerbatter mix.  that beerbatter mix is the best i've ever tried on any fish, it coats really good.  then when deepfrying the shark after the pieces start to float wait until they get a little dark or golden brown.  Never tasted shark better. Wow, that does sound good. We eaten a small black tip. Made steaks and grilled it, but I was not impressed.

I will try the beer batter fried,

 thanks
