Dave, is there any way to up-grade the size limit on the photos? I can't post any pics of my new boat because the files are too large.    $#^~

Sounds like your boat is too big..................

I increased the size limit to 1mb per image.

Hope that helps and hope to see pictures of your boat soon.

It's an '83 Citation thats been completely redone. It sounds old, but it looks much better in person!    ^

I only gave $3500 for it. It came with a '99 200hp 2-stroke EFI Mercury outboard. Also an aluminum trailer. This whole package is worth well over what I gave for it. We took it out for a run & clocked it at 42mph on the GPS at WOT, but we think it's running faster than it says. Nice boat, wait till you see it!    ;~D

I completely agree with you on the meeting up thing, I'd like to do that!! But, as you said, when the weather warms up. It is WAY too cold right now to do much of anything. Just let me know in advance when you'd like to try a meet, that way I can plan for it & we can all be sure to have a few bucks.    %$@    I'll bring WalkonWater with me. He is a cool guy, you all will like him.

As for the size, I guess not. I think my new camera is too many megapixels or something. The smallest image I have is 1.99MB.

You can change the settings on your camera to a smaller files size, or use a site like this to re-size your photos http://www.picresize.com/

or use a site like photo bucket to host your photos.

Whatever you do, lets see your new boat soon.

Went out today with Topdog on his new boat for a test run and break-in. I did not go very well but I'll let him talk about it if he wants to.

~0~DAH, HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM!  Well as Dave mentioned we took the new boat out into the Harbor today for the maiden voyage.  It ended up being an iron maiden.  NEW boat would not even get up on plane and top speed ended up being 9 mph.  Dave noticed that the trim would drop when power is applied and top RPM would only get up to 4000.  A call to the the dealer has the boat going back on Friday (tomorrow) for fixes.  They said they had it doing 29 on a test run and I told them the only way it will do 29 now is to push it off a very high bridge (since we don't have mountains down here in Fla).  We will see what they say tomorrow.
